At Birth Center Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services and resources to support your birth center’s success. Please review our refund policy below:

One-Time Policy Downloads

All one-time policy downloads are non-refundable. These digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and are considered final sale.

Yearly Subscriptions

We offer pro-rated refunds for yearly subscription services if canceled before the end of the subscription term.

To cancel, please log in to the site. Click your member profile at the top of the site. Click “My Subscriptions” in the drop-down menu. Click the “More Actions” arrow next to your plan. Click “Cancel Subscription”. Click “Yes, Cancel” to confirm. Refunds can take up to 5-7 business days to reach your account.

Hourly Consulting Services

All hourly consulting services are non-refundable. Billing is based on time spent and expertise provided, and we do not offer refunds for completed sessions or work.
